I may be light years behind on this, but I just discovered The Hype Machine, a tracker of MP3 blogs that lets you stream all kinds of audio. It can be subscribed to in RSS via text or podcast form. Some smoking PJ Harvey cuts are on there. When you listen via the Flash player, the track that's playing will come with a button indicating which blog the song's coming from. Find some new music, find some new blogs at the same time.
