Bono will be getting knighted (honorarily, he doesn't get a suit of armor, won't be called "Sir", or anything really cool) by the British Empire just after the New Year. The knighting is somewhat of a sensitive issue, since Ireland (of which Bono is a native) seceded from the British Empire almost 60 years ago. Source: Billboard
James Brown died early Christmas day while hospitalized with pneumonia. He was 73. Peace out, JB. Even a couple years in jail for going at some insurance sales reps with a shotgun and running from the 5-0 couldn't hold you down! Show everyone on the other side that you got soul!
