Michael Jackson Owns Eminem (and Bjork, and Beck)
Eminem must be getting fired up, because Michael Jackson has just purchased Famous Music, LLC from Viacom (Famous Music being a publishing company, not owner of sound recordings), giving Jacko the rights to Eminem's songs (not to mention Bjork, Shakira, and Beck). The King of Pop already has the publishing rights to a significant portion of the Beatles catalog.
Labels:
Beck,
Bjork,
Business,
Eminem,
Michael Jackson,
Shakira,
The Beatles,

I thought Michael Jackson was broke. I guess it's true that being broke means something different to rich folk than to we commoners.
