Pitchfork Disses Microsoft And Zune

Maintaining hipster cred, Pitchfork said no to Microsoft when asked to incorporate the new Zune media player into its content for streaming and downloading site content. This should generate some additional popularity for Pitch, and is actually probably a better move for gaining notoriety than had they agreed to the deal. Microsoft must know that the super-elitist hipster audience is going to be a hard market to tap. Especially with DRM still a problem. Leak some super-cool albums to us, Mr. Gates, and we'll be down with Zune. Source:
